"Thanks again for the great workshops this weekend at the Uke Expo in PA.  You are not only a great musician but a great teacher, and that's really hard to find.  I learned a lot, and you really inspired me to go outside my comfort zone, and begin incorporating different techniques into my playing.  Thanks again, and keep up the great work!"

-- Andy Ryan, Ukulele Student

"Just wanted to write and thank you for the great workshop you taught at the southern California Ukulele Festival in Cerritos last weekend 10/1/2005.  I took two of your workshops and thoroughly enjoyed both.  They were the highlights of the festival."

"Lil' Rev's blues mandolin workshop is a must for anyone interested in getting to the roots of American string band music. From bluegrass to rock 'n roll to swing and jazz, this workshop reveals the early influences on these styles.  You can't leave this one without a smile on your face and some new tricks in your bag. Very highly recommended."

Recorder From Scratch

The recorder is a great portable and affordable way to introduce music concepts to young students as well as add a new twist to an experienced musician's instrumental prowess.  Start with simple meolodies like Hot Cross Buns and expand on the basics to play sea songs, boogie-woogie, folk favorites, and ethnic standards.  Note: Rev provides recorders and sheet music.
